1.       WARNING:  No lifeguard on duty.  Use of pool is at your own risk.

2.     A Pool card or Photo I.D. must be provided to the attendant prior to entry. GFRFA Dues must be current and paid in full to use the pool. 

3.     GUEST POLICY:  All guests must be accompanied by a qualified resident (per #2).  There shall be no more than six (6) guests per household at any one time. Current members shall not bring members who are delinquent on dues as guests.  Member children age 16 or older are limited to one (1) guest unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4.     Pool Hours are 10:00AM to 9:00PM Daily. (*unless otherwise noted)

5.      WALK (no running or rough play around the pool area).  Rough play consists of the game of chicken, wrestling, choke holds above or below the water, etc.  Ask attendant for more details.

6.      NO DIVING, RUNNING, OR SPINNING into the pool.  

7.     Showers must be taken before entering the pool area (State Health Code). Showers are for rinsing off after swimming as well.  The GFRFA is not a public bath house. 

8.     BANDAGES must be removed before entering pool area (State Health Code).

9.      PROPER SWIM ATTIRE REQUIRED – NO cutoffs or shorts allowed (State Health Code).

10.   NO GUM, GLASS CONTAINERS, OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES (State Health Code) allowed in pool area.  FOOD will be allowed, but ONLY at designated tables.  If food is not cleaned up, then the no food rule will be implemented (with infants and toddlers as an exception, provided no glass containers).

11.   ABSOLUTELY NO DISPOSABLE DIAPERS.  All persons not toilet trained must wear a regulation swim diaper or cloth diaper and rubber pants that fit snuggly at the waist and legs.  This swim attire must be provided by parent or guardian.

12.   A responsible adult must accompany children under the age of sixteen (16) at all times in pool area.  No child is to be left unsupervised for any reason.  A state ID will be requested from anyone not accompanied by a responsible adult.  For responsible adults who are not parents/guardians and are at least 18 years old, written permission from a parent/guardian must be received by the attendant.  ALL children with more than one guest per household must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

13.   Play articles NOT ALLOWED in pool area:  hard balls, basketballs, and baseballs/softballs, dolls with hair, scuba gear SEE ATTENDANT FOR EXCEPTIONS.

14.   Play articles ALLOWED in pool area:  masks, goggles, noodles, water wings, kickboards, and Coast Guard Approved life vests.

15.   Only radios with headphones are permitted in pool area.

16.   Pool furniture is only to be used in pool area.  All pool furniture is property of Greene Farms Recreational Facilities Association.

17.   Smoking is not permitted inside pool area or anywhere else on pool property. (including e-cigs or vaping devices)

18.   NO ANIMALS allowed on property for health and safety of our patrons.

19.   Parking is for pool patrons only.  NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

20.   The Greene Farms Recreational Facilities Association reserves the right to close the pool at any time due to inclement weather, biohazard, or any other reason that poses a threat to any person using the pool area.

21.   Attendants are not lifeguards or baby sitters.  They will enforce the rules to prevent harm to pool patrons.  Attendants have final authority on questionable behavior.

22.   Maximum Occupancy is 100

THE GREENE FARMS RECREATIONAL FACILITIES ASSOCIATION HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE ANY WRITTEN OR UNWRITTEN RULE THAT WILL ENSURE THE SAFETY OR ENJOYMENT OF OUR PATRONS.  ANY PATRON NOT COOPERATING AND/OR NOT OBSERVING ALL RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY.  THE BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE RULES AT ANY TIME.  ATTENDANTS HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ASK MEMBERS TO LEAVE THE GROUNDS.
