The amount due will remain $225.00.
Payment is due regardless if you plan to use the facilities or not.
Prosight Property Management is handling all dues payment collection. Details and instructions on how to pay your dues online will be sent out with your annual assessment letter.  

Open Season -
If you know of someone interested in becoming a member of the pool, please have them contact us at board@greenefarmsrec.com for more information.  Residents must reside within Greene Farms to join.

Entrance Policy -

You must have a current pool card or show photo I.D. prior to pool entry. Pool members must be current with dues. If you are not current, you will not be allowed to enter. Please check your status before your first visit so it will be a pleasant experience.

Rules -

The pool rules can be found by following the link provided at the top of this page under helpful documents Please review them carefully. Attendants have been given full authority to request that members leave if behavior is inappropriate.

Food -

Please feel free to bring beverages and snacks to enjoy at the pool. We do ask that you avoid glass bottles and request that food/beverages be kept out of the area directly around the water. (Alcohol is prohibited at the pool and cooler checks will be required)
